At Shopify Hardware Store, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the specific hardware items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original anti-static packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial number at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
